Description: World Hearing Day 2023 in Samoa was a major week-long event. The ENT Clinic of Samoa delivered the WHO Primary Ear and Hearing Care training workshop to medical/nursing staff members (Monday-Tuesday), and performed an outreach visit to a large primary school (Wednesday-Thursday). The week culminated with a formal ceremony on the 3rd of March (Friday), and we were honored that the Master of Ceremonies was our new Director General of the Ministry of Health Aiono Professor Dr Alec Ekeroma. The ceremony included the formal launch of the newly installed audiology booths at the ENT Clinic of the Tupua Tamasese Meaole Hospital.
