Description: planned both digital and virtual modes to spread the importance of the detection of hearing loss at the earliest by distributing information leaflets to policymakers in the government and also the importance of integrating ear and hearing care into the Immunization programme and Maternal & Child health programme. Outreach programme to teach people about the importance of ear and hearing care. Screening camps were conducted for hearing assessment and encouraged them to seek appropriate services. They were also encouraged to check their hearing regularly by using the android-based hearing assessment application, JSS Shravana App which is designed by the JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research, to detect hearing loss at the earliest. We conducted a workshop on cochlear implantation and operated on 12 kids with congenital hearing loss over 10 days in February 2023.
