Project title: Awareness Raising on hearing loss.

Outline of the event:
This project will bring together 100 Primary Health Care providers, teachers and heads of schools who will benefit from a one-day training on the awareness of hearing loss and relevant communications skills to enhance effective service delivery. The key topics to be discussed will be earl detection of ear loss, health care treatment for patient with ear loss, basic communication skills (Sign Language) and the prevention of ear loss.
Participant will drown from primary health care facilities across the country, primary and secondary school teachers, heads of schools and community stakeholders/people living with hearing impairment and activist.
Facilitator will come from expatriate in the earing health care sector.
