Projects Overview

1. MOBILE HEARING SCREENING VEHICLE WITH AUDIOLOGY TESTING UNIT FOR PUBLIC AT LARGE. The mobile vehile will be sent to different government and non government centres and villages to create awareness and general ear check up and hearing testing will be done for the pre – registered public/ patients. This will be an ongoing program through out the years. Neonatal Hearing Screening will be done at door step levels for various small and medium size hospitals in the region.

2. AN AWARENESS CAMPAIGN TO BE ORGANISED FOR GENERAL PUBLIC, HEALTH ADMINITRATION, DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION AND THE POLICY MAKERS. In this there will be few lectures on ear care, deafness, hearing aids and cochlear implants and other related issues so as to bring up defenitive policies specially the Universal Neonatal Heaaring Screening program. The awareness campaign will also include the distribution of printed materials.
