Title: World Hearing Day 2023 : “The importance of hearing loss in the elderly”
Description: The 2-stage event had been taken place at the cultural center of the Municipality of Perama and is addressed to people over 60 years old.
The program started with a 20min presentation about the importance of hearing loss, prevention, and treatment of hearing problems.
Then, a pro bono medical examination and audiological test had been performed, followed by an ENT specialist consultation (Dr.Georgia Katsouli MD-PhD)
77 patients had been examined with hearing loss disorders.
