These latest resources for teachers of agricultural education represent the next step in the two‑year partnership between Deafness Forum Australia and the National Centre for Farmer Health, focused on improving outcomes for rural and remote communities.
The Hearing Safety in Agriculture teaching resources, factsheets and accompanying video are the first content‑led additions to the existing Shifting Gears program offered by the NCFH.
The officiallaunch of the new Hearing Safety in Agriculture teaching resource and video (via social media) will coincide with World Hearing Day on 3 March 2026.
