Description:

1. Awareness Campaign in Schools: Training for Children and Teachers
An interactive educational program designed for school settings. We will provide training for teachers to help them identify early signs of hearing loss in the classroom and conduct fun, informative sessions for children about ear hygiene and the importance of protecting their hearing. The goal is to create a supportive environment where no child is left behind due to undetected hearing issues.

2. Webinar for Parents and Specialists
A collaborative online seminar bringing together local audiology experts, educators, and parents. This session will focus on the clinical and social aspects of childhood hearing loss, emphasizing the importance of early intervention, modern hearing technologies, and integrated care strategies to support a child’s speech and cognitive development.

3. Community Event for Children and Families
A festive and inclusive “Family Day” dedicated to World Hearing Day. The event will feature interactive games, creative workshops, and informal “ask the expert” corners. This celebration aims to reduce the stigma surrounding hearing aids and implants, while fostering a sense of community among families with children who have hearing and ear problems.

4. “Parents’ School” – Online Webinar Series in partnership with “Hearing House”
Description: A specialized series of virtual workshops conducted in collaboration with the “Hearing House” (Smenis Sakhli). These sessions will provide parents with practical tools for home-based auditory-verbal support, guidance on navigating the healthcare system, and psychological support. The series ensures continuous education for families beyond a single-day event.
