Outline of the event:
I am IZERE, a hearing instrument specialist with general nursing background. I have skills in public health in ear and hearing health on district level.
The activity will be done on 26th Feb 2023. The target group is adult people.
The activity is to do ear education and ear screening.
The purpose of the activity is to raise awareness of the ear and hearing care in Kigali city.
The reason I decided to talk about this, is because of the book called “National Ear and Hearing Care Plan” 2018-2024(Rwanda). I want to give my contribution to the nation especially my community so we can develop and move in SDGs.
The result of this activity will help the public to be aware of ear and hearing care existence; to know that a lot of ear and hearing problems are preventable and also to motivate the government to invest in this sector.
