i-Identification of key stakeholders (Ghana health Service, Ghana Education Service, Ghana Federation of Persons living with Disabilities, Traditional authorities, the media, Department of Social Welfare, Coalition of NGOs in Health)
ii-Formation of teams for smooth implementation of the campaign
iii-Selection of appropriate and relevant campaign messages for use during the world hearing day celebration
iv-Evaluation and Reporting of activities/achievements of the celebration to ear and hearing coalition centre
