“Harmony of Senses: Bridging Ear and Eye Care” is a groundbreaking event hosted by the Buddhist Tzu Chi Medical Foundation in collaboration with the Philippine Academy of Audiology and Hearbuzz Hearing Center. Aligned with the theme “Changing Mindsets: Ear & Hearing Care for All,” this initiative aims to revolutionize perceptions surrounding sensory impairments and promote inclusivity in healthcare. The event offers free hearing screenings alongside interactive workshops on amplification technology, joint clinics for comprehensive evaluations, inspirational speakers sharing personal stories of triumph over sensory challenges, and peer mentoring sessions for emotional support and empowerment. Through education, advocacy, and community engagement, “Harmony of Senses” seeks to break down barriers, foster understanding, and unite individuals in their journey toward holistic well-being.
