Outline of the event:
Flyers for the World Hearing Day activity planned by the Local Catholic community church at Korle-Bu will be made available on the social media platform of St Luke Catholic Church, a week before the event.
The Ear, Nose, and Throat Resource personnel, led by the ENT Specialist (Dr Anita Ndaa Zumah) would give a health talk at the catholic community church (St Luke) to understand the early signs of hearing loss and erase some of the misconceptions about hearing care.
Ear Screening would be done for all church members. Cases that would need expert management would be referred to the tertiary health facility within the same community, Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital.
