Outline of the event:
On 22nd and 23rd February, we prepared two live radio broadcast programs on Local radio stations: Jogoo FM and Selous FM radio. This was to prepare the community ahead of World Hearing week. This provided health education on ear and hearing. The two programs were 45 minites each and the people had an opportunity to call the studio and ask questions on ear and hearing health. The presenter was an ENT specialist from Songea Regional Referral Hospital, Dr. Libason Hosea. The targeted population was Songea and nearby regions citizens in the Southern part of Tanzania.
