Outline of the event:
This course will be held specially for the staff of hospitals and health clinics located in the area of Pahang Tengah which has an area of approximately 17,202 square kilometers. It consists of the districts of Bera, Maran, Jerantut, Bentong and Temerloh. We will invite 100 healthcare staff to participate in this course .The objective of this course is to overcome misperceptions and stigmatizing thoughts related to ear and hearing problems in the community and also among health care providers. In addition, provide accurate and evidence-based information to change the public’s perception of hearing loss. The program will be attended by the Hospital Director and further help to support all the efforts that will be planned.
