Impactful Story:
A Champion for a Cause: Uniting a Community for World Hearing Day
On March 2, 2025, Anwesha Kolkata organized a World Hearing Day awareness program at Barna Parichay Park. Despite a cricket tournament disrupting the event, a local school principal intervened, requesting the organizers to reduce the volume and deliver speeches to promote ear care awareness. His efforts led to a successful event, uniting the community and promoting inclusivity. The principal’s selfless act proved that one person can make a difference in raising awareness and promoting inclusion for all.
