Event Description:
“Si hEARo” is a bilingual children’s coloring book that illustrates the importance of hearing through a story and teaches children simple ways on how to care for their ears. The launch of the coloring book was done in the UP-PGH, with the PNEI, Department of ORL-HNS and Department of Pediatrics in attendance, followed by distribution of the coloring book to children in the pediatric wards. In the following weeks, we continued distribution to various NGOs, barangays and public schools within and outside of Metro Manila. An e-copy was made freely available online for anyone to download.
