2 Days Screening & Sensitization Awareness Camp for Ear & Hearing and Safe Listening conducted on 23-24 February at Noklak district of Nagaland,India.1) 1 ENT Specialist & 1 Audiometrist was outsourced from Dimapur district,Nagaland,India as there is no specialty in Noklak.2)Due to the bad road condition,the team traveled 14 hrs by road to reach Noklak from Dimapur.3)All the travel expenses, fooding and lodging, Honorarium borne by me, Dr.Obangjungla without any financial support from others.On 3rd March, World Hearing Day was observed at Bautung Higher Secondary School,Longleng,Nagaland India

We have 13 major tribal languages in Nagaland, India. So, translation of WHO materials into these languages will be very helpful to the communities.

Program implementation should be according to need base. In places where there is no proper health care services with no ENT specialist, is totally different from a developed place where all the facilities and specialist are available.
