Scorza ICJ, a.c. civil society with a mother of a deaf daughter who uses a cochlear implant, in collaborative work with government agents, present the collaborative work to bring the hearing screen to the national health card with dr. Ricardo Cortés Alcalá, General Director of Health Promotion, empathic health official who made it possible. Fact that transcends modifying the social determinants of families, where the General Directorate of Geriatrics and Censida also adds actions, to guarantee hearing health throughout people’s lives, starting with birth, until reaching adulthood
