Title: Raising Awareness About Hearing Loss Through Radio and Factory Visits
Description: On our recent radio show, we discussed the increasing incidence of hearing loss, particularly among the youth, and the establishment of World Hearing Day to combat this issue. The show, which was live-streamed on Facebook, took place on March 2, 2023. The following day, we conducted visits to lecture halls and workshops where loud machinery like drills and rotary hammers are in use. We advised the workers in these locations to consider ear protection and to get their hearing assessed at local audio clinics. We also disseminated this information through flyers on social media.
