Of note, there were some technical issues with submitting grants. Some individuals were unable to access the application due to blocked regions. We believe these issues have been resolved. We extended the submission deadline, but the deadline has now passed. We are now formally reviewing these grant applications and hope to make decisions prior to February 15th.
