The activity began with a health check for 60 students at the school, followed by hearing screening and ear cleaning. This activity was carried out with support from PT BUKIT ASAM’s CSR program, the MUARA ENIM REGENCY HEALTH OFFICE, and the INDONESIAN MEDICAL ASSOCIATION.

Counseling in several schools during previous World Hearing Day activities has changed the behavior of many school children on how to maintain ear health by not using music players excessively and also understanding how to easily diagnose hearing disorders that their relatives or family members may experience.
