Here are the routine steps for submitting an activity, and editing it if desired.
Things have changed this year. In the past we had registration of projects, and then later reporting of results. As a group we decided that this was more complex than necessary.
This year, and hopefully for the next years, one submits an “Activity.” You can submit this activity prior to World Hearing Day, and if you choose early submission you can edit the submission afterward (pictures, revised plan, or anything you like). If you did not submit prior to your event, just submit it now. In either case, editing is optional.
Here are the steps (more details found in each link):
- Details for each step are explicity explained in the links
- Each link can be found from the site’s menu bar
Create a user account – User Registration
- Note this is a new account — created in 2026
- Only done once
- One step sometimes missed is replying to our confirmation email request
- You can reset your password for this account if required
Log into your account – User Login
- Dont worry – it will remind you if needed
- Passwords can be reset
Report an activity – Submit a new activity
- This can be done before or after your event
- Some of you report multiple activities (sometimes for colleagues)
Edit an activity – Edit an existing activity
- This form is identical (but partially filled in by you) to the activity report
- Most likely used by those who reported prior to the event, but available to all
You can expect a certificate letter after activity submission is fully closed
If things are not working, – Having Troubles?
- This has much more detail about each step in the process
- Possible pitfalls are reviewed as well
In the past we had a brief time where our firewall was being too aggressive. I/we apologize for that, and that seems much less of a problem now.
If things are still not working after all of the above, please submit a comment through the comment section. Those with comments already submitted will be receiving an email in the next 7 days.
