Hearing screenings in Greater Montreal Area
Description:
Around World Hearing Day (March 3), World Wide Hearing (WWH) will be completing hearing screenings in schools and daycares across the Greater Montreal area, with the goal of screening 300 children. These screenings help identify potential hearing concerns early and support timely referrals when needed—so children can hear, learn, and thrive. To strengthen awareness in the classroom, WWH also sent World Health Organization (WHO) World Hearing Day posters to participating schools, offering practical tips for teachers and encouraging simple actions that support children’s hearing health.
