March 3, 2026, marked the 27th National “Ear Care Day” in China, observed under the theme “Scientific Ear Care for All: Protecting Hearing Health Together.” To commemorate the day, the Department of Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) at Tianjin Union Medical Center hosted a public health consultation event from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on March 3rd in the outpatient hall of Building A. Led by Director Yang Xiangli, the ENT team—including both doctors and nurses—was on hand to share essential knowledge on ear care and hearing protection with the public. This initiative aimed to raise public awareness about the importance of hearing health, encourage healthy lifestyle habits, and ultimately help reduce the prevalence of hearing disabilities.
