We had events in three Northwest States and one North Central States in Nigeria.
1.Activities include social media campaign using awareness post Barners posters and flyers.
2.Sponsored Radio program conducted in 2 languages in Ilorin Kwara State Nigeria on importance of school hearing screening
3.There was a live program on face book conducted by SHEF Hearing amsador in Porthacout Nigeria which had many people joining her session to talk about school hearing screening and childhood deafness
4.In Katsina State Nigeria,SHEF conducted Hearing Awareness program at Justice Abdullahi Primary Health Care Centre,free hearing check was also performed for public
5In Kano State SHEF partners with Bonny Hugs Therapy centre to offer hearing loss education to mothers of hearing impaired
6.Hearing awareness campaign was conducted at Jinjiri primary Health Care Centre in Kano,WHO visual materials were distributed at no cost to all the primary health centers where SHEF has trained health workers in primary ear and hearing skills
7.School Haring Screening Counselling and Awareness campaign at Dabo primaruy school in kaduna

Impactful Story:
One of the major impact made is the coverage of 4 States in Nigeria by leveraging on previously trained health workers in primary ear and hearing care and sending them the technical support materials and the participation of SHEF ambasador for hearing on facebook.These are new innovation that has made so much impact in terms of communication to communities nand stakeholders.We also use a post cochlear implant patients to raise awareness,he is one of our hearing champions
