Since January 2026, LiCongTang Hearing has been comprehensively and continuously carrying out World Hearing Day awareness and education activities. More than 100 of its stores across over 40 cities nationwide have partnered with local communities, disability federations, nursing homes, and other organizations to host more than 300 “Hearing Health Service” events, offering free professional consultations, ear canal examinations, and hearing screenings to over 10,000 people. In addition, LiCongTang Hearing has conducted over 300 “Ear Health Workshops,” providing science-based education on hearing rehabilitation to more than 5,000 individuals with hearing loss and their families. Moreover, through online channels—including articles, infographics, and videos—LiCongTang Hearing has disseminated essential ear health knowledge to millions of people.
