On March 3rd, Shaanxi Longkang Store held an offline promotional activity for the Ear Care Month. The main participants were middle-aged and elderly people with hearing loss, tinnitus and deafness patients, as well as existing hearing aid users. Ms. Yan Xueming, a senior trainer from Widex, was invited as a supporting expert to provide professional diagnosis and treatment advice as well as hearing aid fitting services for users with complicated hearing loss and tinnitus patients.
More than 30 people made reservations and visited the store on the day. Store traffic increased by 60%, hearing aid sales rose by 40%, and over 10 new customers were acquired. Through this activity, the professionalism of the store was strengthened, and its local market visibility and influence were expanded. In addition, it raised greater awareness of hearing health protection among the middle-aged and elderly population.
