Gansu Huicong Medical launched a special campaign for the elderly during the Ear Care Month in March, featuring free hearing screenings, preferential hearing aid offers, and the promotion of early screening and early intervention.

The main services included ear canal examinations, middle ear function analysis, hearing aid fitness assessments, and comprehensive one-stop testing. Home visits for fitting, adjustment and maintenance were also available for elderly people with limited mobility.

More than 40 people participated in the campaign. Hearing aid sales increased by 40%, and 10 new customers were acquired.

This activity raised awareness of hearing health among the elderly, promoted the fitting of hearing aids for seniors, helped elderly people with hearing loss improve their hearing ability, and enabled them to return to social life.
