2026 World Hearing Day

Description:

Gansu Lianhe Hearing Center has launched an exclusive campaign for all age groups during Ear Care Month, balancing convenience and benefits for the elderly and professional care for children, including public welfare screenings, exclusive discounts, and attentive services.

Through free professional hearing screenings, hearing aid offers for all age groups, targeted attentive services, and popular science education, the center has raised public awareness of hearing health protection. It has helped elderly people with hearing loss improve their hearing and return to social life, supported early screening and intervention for children to protect their language and intellectual development, and strengthened the center’s brand image as a professional and caring hearing service provider for all ages.

The center provided elderly-friendly exclusive services:

• Free home visits for seniors with limited mobility, including on-site hearing screening, hearing aid fitting, adjustment, cleaning and maintenance.

• Free hearing aid maintenance for all elderly customers, regardless of brand or purchase date.

• One-on-one hearing rehabilitation guidance for the elderly, including tips on hearing aid use, daily ear care, and social communication.

For children aged 0–16, the center offered free behavioral hearing assessments and pediatric pure-tone audiometry, with professional consultations for children with delayed speech development, poor hearing, unresponsiveness, and excessively loud TV volume. It also provided free hearing development files for children, with regular follow-ups and evidence-based intervention suggestions.

More than 80 people participated in the campaign, generating a transaction volume of 200,000 RMB for the store. Store traffic increased by 40%, and hearing aid sales rose by 60%.

This activity improved hearing protection awareness among the elderly and children, helped elderly hearing-impaired people enhance their hearing and overcome communication barriers, and enabled early detection and timely intervention for children with hearing problems. It also boosted store traffic and hearing aid sales, expanded the customer base, and strengthened the brand reputation of Gansu Lianhe Hearing as a professional hearing service institution for all age groups.
