Widex’s ‘Hear・Friends Music Salon’

Description:

On 21 March 2026, Widex’s ‘Hear・Friends Music Salon’ event, , was held in Kunming, celebrating World Hearing Day, promoting hearing health awareness through innovative ways.
Focused on music therapy, the event incorporated diverse elements such as interactive sound games and hearing health education to create an immersive and rich auditory experience. A ‘Highlights’ sharing session was also organised, inviting individuals with hearing loss to share their rehabilitation stories. This was complemented by a ‘mentor-mentee’ 1+1 interactive model, facilitating the exchange of experiences and fostering emotional connection within the hearing-loss community.
Participants were also provided with personalised hearing consultations and educational goody bags, combining professional hearing services with a charitable experience. This event responded to the “Healthy China” strategy and the World Hearing Day initiative, conveying hearing health knowledge through engaging, scenario-based activities. It helped raise awareness of hearing health across society, built a bridge of professional support and social connection for the hearing-loss community, and allowed more people to experience the beauty of “hearing”.
