at the world hearing day event, i shared a personal story about hearing loss intervention among older adults. an elderly participant regained connection with family and community after timely screening and proper care, demonstrating the profound impact of early identification and evidence-based management. this case also raised awareness about ear health and preventive behaviors among attendees, encouraging more people to prioritize hearing care.
