3M Hearing Day seminar has 2 sessions. The first session is “Noise Measurement and Interpretation” by Lecturer in the Department of Occupational Health and Safety, Faculty of Public Health, Mahidol University. The second session is Advance Hearing Protection by 3M AE.
1. Noise Measurement and Interpretation. We invited a Lecturer in the Department of Occupational Health and Safety to present on Noise Measurement and Interpretation.
2. Advance Hearing Protection. 3M AE presented on Advance Hearing Protection and Communication Solutions in 3 Main Categories: Protective Hearing, Protective Communication, Protective Entertainment. For solutions that allow workers to communicate at a distance, I will focus on Protective Hearing & Protective Communication solutions. The benefit of this session is that they can also enable workers to communicate at a distance, which may improve productivity and worker efficiencies via using our products.
3. Workshop. For the workshop sessions, the 3M AE prepared four cases for the participants to evaluate, analyze, and identify appropriate management methods based on the case scenarios.
There were 25 attendees from 17 companies. We received very positive feedback. They joining to enhance their knowledge on noise assessment, result interpretation, and effective solutions for improving safety in high‑noise environments.
