Outline of the event:
The Audiology Unit together with the ORL Department of Prince Court Medical Centre will be organizing a program to celebrate World Hearing Day 2023 throughout the month of March. We are targeting those in the Oil and Gas Industry, Motorsports as well as musicians with regards to awareness on the dangers of noise exposure.
A day of talks and forums involving stakeholders such as ORL Specialist, Occupational Health Doctor and Audiologist will be conducted with the presence of media. This will be followed by hearing screening throughout the month for a targeted population.
