Outline of the event:
1. Screening over 200 Entertainment venue attendants in 20 venues around Kampala Wakiso on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd March 2024.
2. Community sanitization on causes and risk factor for hearing impairment through media Houses especially UBC TV.
3. Disseminate all WHO available tools and standards for safe listening to the general population Entertainment venues, Churches, Mosques and schools from 29th February to 3rd March 2023.
4. Screening 0ver 1,000 students and pupils in schools from 26th to 29th Feb 2023.
5. Print burners for Publicity of the World Hearing Day 2024 at Ministry of Health Headquarters Uganda OH, Mulago National Referral Hospital Main Entrance.
6. Hold a press conference at Ministry of Health and also interview the Head of Department ENT Department.
