Project title: I can hear! – hearing screening for children

Regions: [86] [10] [14] [17] [20] [23] [102]

Outline of the event:

Good hearing is important in everyday life. Hearing screening tests for school-aged children are crucial for early identification and intervention, promoting optimal development, academic success, overall well-being and quality of life. Regular screenings help ensure that any potential hearing issues are addressed promptly, allowing children to reach their full potential. Detecting hearing problems early is crucial for addressing issues before they negatively impact a child’s academic and social development. Early intervention can prevent or minimize the potential long-term consequences of untreated hearing loss. During the World Hearing Day the hearing screening tests will be performed in kintegardens and primary schools.
