Outline of the event:
The planned event for this year’s World Hearing Day aims to focus on advocacy of hearing healthcare and to raise awareness of hearing loss, prevention, and management through two key activities – the first being an awareness event that will rely on information being relayed to the public through media and through talks and flyers, and the second being a hearing screening activity where the public will be invited to get their hearing screened for free at the country’s largest tertiary hospital in its busiest city.
