Outline of the event:
1) Launching of awareness campaign for one week to reach community people through 10 community based organizations at rural and urban area.
2) Awareness session in 10 local schools for students and teachers both in rural and urban..
3) Display and distribution of awareness materials like poster, leaflets, bags, cups etc.
4) Sensitization of service providers like, ICDS Workers, Health staff, Public health centres, gram Panchayet, Block offices, teachers, Ward Councilors, Police stations etc.
5) Campaign through Social media, live programme
6) Awareness message through children’s magazine (March issue)
7) Hearing test of 100 socio economically marginalised community people
8) online basic training on Indian Sign Language
9) Appreciation award to deaf people working for ear and hearing care.
10) One week awareness campaign in the rural and urban area by auto
