Title: World Hearing Day 2023 “Ear and Hear Care for All! Let’s make it a reality”
Description: EYE hEAR Foundation, Inc. organized various activities on World Hearing Day with a theme “Ear and hearing care for all! Let’s make it a reality”. We conducted series of activities and served multiple cities and towns nationwide. We trained 41 allied health workers and professionals. We screened and served a total of 315 individuals. Thereof;262 with normal ear and hearing test results, 33 with impacted cerumen, 4 with otitis media, 16 with perforated eardrum and 3 hearing aid fitted individuals. We also established partnership with private organization and local government to make our program sustainable and accessible to all.
