overview: aims to bring together individuals, communities and healthcare professionals and policy influencers to raise awareness and empower participants to make ear and hearing care accessible and inclusive for all.by focusing on changing mindset and promoting empowerment, this will inspire an action towards creating an inclusive and supportive environment for individuals with hearing impairment.

activities:
1: conduct engaging highlighting ear care importance and hearing care impact and promoting strategies of inclusivity.
2: hold community engagement through exercises of promoting empathy, understanding and solidarity
3: personal empowerment session for confidence building , advocating for ones rights and embracing diversity
4: policy advocacy for ear care access
5: demonstrate assistive devices for hearing impairment individuals.

outcomes:
1: increased awareness and understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with hearing impairment
2:empowered participants with knowledge to promote inclusive ear and hearing care practices
3:momentum towards policy changes that prioritize inclusive ear and care
