Through several screening programme in schools and community, awareness, education, advocacy, and academic engagement, the Society for Sound Hearing, in collaboration with Lok Nayak Hospital, aims to contribute meaningfully towards the realization of “From communities to classrooms: hearing care for all children.” These activities reflect a sustained commitment to prevention, inclusion, and integration of hearing care services, ultimately improving quality of life and social participation for individuals with hearing impairment.
We planned several Ear and Hearing Screening programme in WHO Delhi Office and Finance Ministry to promote the Ear and Hearing Care. A Walkathon, Seminar and Skit (Role play) will be organized for Central Reserved Police Force (CRPF) at CRPF Camp, Jharoda Kalan, New Delhi. A seminar followed by Undergraduate students online platform quiz for is planned in Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi. Special programme on Ear and Hearing Care followed by Ear examination is planned in LNH Hospital.
