The initial process was submitting press releases from our hospital – Bradford Royal Infirmary- for World Hearing Day presentation.
This covered the importance of hearing and the protection of hearing. We have established links with audiological services in Malawi and their program of outreach and delivery of hearing aids. In Zomba ear and hearing screening was held with help from staff from Blantyre and the Welcome Foundation.
