This year, under the theme “Small mindset changes can positively impact future quality of life” ENT, audiology specialists, residency doctors and ENT students club from our hospital have expanded their initiatives to educate the public. A total of 919 people, including teachers of secondary school, rescuers of national emergency management agency, doctors, students and workers for airport who underwent preventive ear, nose, and throat and hearing screenings. Videos were prepared on hearing protection and hearing loss caused by the use of headphones, which affects the quality of life in the future, and was used to disseminate information to citizens on how to prevent hearing loss using Facebook and Instagram platforms. We disseminated information about the constant noise exposure in our environment to medical students, rescuers, residency doctors and patients of the Mongolia-Japanese Hospital, as well as tips, advice, and handouts on how to protect against hearing loss.
