On the occasion of World Hearing Day, KIHT has successfully conducted a comprehensive hearing assessment camp at our campus. The camp aimed to raise awareness about hearing health, provide early detection of hearing impairments, and offer assistive solutions to those in need.
A team of experienced audiologists and healthcare professionals conducted detailed hearing assessments, including pure-tone audiometer, trigonometry, and speech tests. Individuals diagnosed with hearing loss were counselled on appropriate interventions. The camp also focused on educating participants about the importance of regular hearing check-ups, proper hearing aid usage, and preventive measures to protect hearing health. We witnessed an overwhelming response from individuals across different age groups, including children, adults, and elderly participants.
The successful execution of this camp was made possible through the support of our dedicated team. We remain committed to organising such initiatives to promote hearing health and empower individuals with hearing impairments.
