The ENT Department at Hospital das Forças Armadas – Polo do Porto, celebrated once again the World Hearing Day by promoting a 3 day event with hearing screening free of charge to all our patients – focusing on military and police members – and staff.
We handed out flyers with ear and hearing care together with WHO’s key messages for 2025 throughout our hospital’s waiting rooms and receptions. We have also mentioned the event on social media.
We had a total of 28 participants with various ages and social backgrounds.
