National Labour Inspectorate, ATEST (journal for safety officers) together with 3M Poland (safety company) celebrated the WHD by 4th Conference “Have you heard – noise is harmful?”. The conference was joined with meeting of the Labour Protection Council of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland (ROP). During the conference we expect guests from the Polish Parliament, acoustic scientists, audiologists, sound engineers, safety officers, students and hearing supporters. The focus was on explanation why the WHD matters, empower workers in real protection against the noise and promote hearing knowledge based on scientific facts. The conference and WHD was promoted through social media and in printed issues of ATEST (4000 copies).
