Working with The Kids Discovery Centre team and the Ear and Hearing Health team are hosted a fun activation at Perth Children’s Hospital to engage children and their families to provide education and share resources. Children were given a colouring in activity whilst learning about the ear, with so saying they couldn’t believe how many parts there were in an ear! Audiologists were able to show kids inside their ear by using a video otoscope. A model ear was on display and resources were made available for families. This included information on research undertaken by The Kids, information on otitis media and shared the hearWHO app. World Hearing Day posters and messaging was on display.
