Team UACA along with TASLPA co-hosted Decibell Dash 2025 – Run for Hearing, an initiative by the Maurya Foundation to raise awareness about hearing health and support individuals with hearing impairment, was held at Gachibowli Stadium, Hyderabad on Sunday 2nd March 2025. The event offered an 2K Fun Walk, 5K Run, 10K Challenge, and a Virtual Run. The event was attended by Shiva Sena Reddy – Telangana Sports Authority, Chairman. UACA Founder & President Dr.Nagender Kankipati, Secretary Dr.Imad Khan Ruman, Treasurer Dr.Arif Shaik, Advisors Dr.Premnath Balla, Dr.Rajendra Kumar Porika, EC Member Dr.Yousufuddin, Dr.Ravi Chander, Dr.Narendra were participated in the 5k run along with other life members and common public. Nearly 5000 members were participated in this program in celebration of World Hearing Day on March 3, this event unites a diverse group of individuals and organisations who share a passion for making a difference.

We educated the participants about the importance of World Hearing Day and the available services for Hearing Impaired and precautions to be taken to prevent Hearing loss due to loud music, uses of Hearing aids and the Role of Audiologists and ENT Doctors.
