Nyahururu County Hospital marked this year’s campaign through a series of activities:
1. Held a meeting with 15 local government stakeholders and the deaf community to highlight the challenges the deaf face while accessing government services.
2. 3. We had a walk around the town, led by the deaf community,handing out fliers that raise awareness on hearing loss and ear care. The deputy president and cabinet secretary for health acknowledged the deaf commuity during an event held in town on the same day.
