Every year Udito Italia celebrates World Hearing Day in Italy with a large awareness event that takes place at an institutional headquarters. This year, for the ninth edition of the event, all the leading steakholders and hearing health experts gathered on March 1st at the prestigious Sala della Regina of Palazzo Montecitorio, home of the Italian Parliament.
The main requests developed by Udito Italia to improve hearing prevention, knowledge and care were brought to the attention of the institutions present and the WHO manifesto dedicated to WHD 2024 was illustrated. The experts spoke about the problem of and institutional advertising on the topic will be promoted in Italy Important goals achieved for increase awareness towards the topic of hearing. The Italian Parliament has accepted the request for greater attention to hearing health when issuing a driving license.
