IMPACT Nepal organized Free Ear Screening, Treatment and Awareness Camps on the occasion of World Hearing Day in Mahendranagar, Kanchanpur district and in Feta Rural Municipality of Bara district. In the camps, 308 people having ear and hearing problem, were examined and treated with necessary audiogram and tympanogram tests. In the awareness programme, 537 people were sensitized on ear and hearing care using posters and other IEC materials. The camps were conducted in coordination with respective local governments and community-based organizations.
