The Department of Community Medicine, Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi initiated various activities on this significant day in the department as well as through its 5 peripheral health centers- Delhi Gate, Basti Vikas Kendra (Central), RHTC Barwala (Northwest) and UHTC, Gokalpuri (North east) and Rao Tula Ram Memorial Hospital (Southwest) district of GNCT, Delhi. The Department of Community Medicine was dedicated to promote hearing health through a plethora of activities such as health talks, health camps, quizzes, and slogan competitions. These activities gave valuable insights into the significance of preserving hearing health and fostering inclusive environments for individuals with hearing impairments. Participants were encouraged to spread awareness within their communities and prioritize regular hearing screenings for early detection and intervention.
